Pass this out the first week of school, hold onto it until the last day of school to see how far your students have grown! I love doing this with my Special Education students to see where we started to what we achieved in one year! Students can write their first and last names, write the letters and numbers they know, and tell what they want to be when the grow up. The packet is designed to allow you to fold the papers in half so the students do not write all over the paper!
