As a licensed therapist, the foundation of mental wellness is very important to me. My mission includes creating material that facilitates positive conversation about emotions and what to do with them, thus increasing emotional intelligence even at a young age. To me, these are not just worksheets/coloring sheets, but an added tool for generational development of emotionally healthy minds.
