About the store
I am currently a Gifted and Talented Coordinator in the Milwaukee Area. I am a freelance art teacher and own a small home decor business as well as my business here on TPT. I have a wide range of experiences! I have taught both general education and special education students in Birth to Three programs, Three to Six programs, Head Start, Four-Year-old Kindergarten, Five-Year-Old Kindergarten, First grade and Fifth Grade. I have additional experience teaching at all elementary grade levels. I am a former teacher supply store manager and a Child Care director. I have had a full career in education!

HOW TO READ WITH FLUENCY {HIGH INTEREST PASSAGES & ACTIVITIES} DISTANCE LEARNING
Fluency passages need to grab the interest of young readers and these do! No prep is involved and these passages are very versatile too!
Use them for RtI, guided reading plans, pack them in book boxes, or send them home for additional practice. Great for homeschoolers too!
Each passage includes a list of challenge words that students will read and a worksheet that will increase word skills and decoding skills.

Teaching style
I like to provide high interest, experiential activities for my students. I enjoy creative activities that spark imaginations and provide hands - on learning expereiences. I provide an atmosphere where students can learn to inquire, ask questions, and make discoveries.
