I have 13 years of classroom teaching experience. I have taught in 3 counties in Georgia- Chatham County, Dekalb County and Carroll County. 10 years of classroom experience in 3rd Grade 3 years of experience as a resource classroom as an ESOL, English for Speakers of Other Language, Teacher for grades 1-3

My teaching style is constantly changing to meet the needs of my students, and I am constantly modifying my best practices to incorporate student interest. My teaching fosters diverse learners' needs and learning styles. With a critical focus on oral language development, my classroom is centered around growing Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking skills. Non-native English speakers and English speakers benefit from hands-on, critical thinking and oral development activities.
