Teaching style

Hi! I’m Antonia, a math teacher in NY who brings a lot of energy, creativity, and excitement into the classroom each day. I’m passionate about creating a learning environment where students feel motivated, confident, and willing to take risks in their thinking. My goal is to move students beyond passive screen time and into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that truly stick. Inspired by the work of Jo Boaler, I design activities that encourage exploration, collaboration, and deep understanding. I believe students learn best when they are actively engaged and given the space to make sense of math in their own way—and that’s exactly what I strive to create in every resource I share.
