My Personal Report Card
Students fill out the lefthand side of the document as a check in on themselves as students. The teacher fills out the righthand side to document "glows" (strengths) and "grows" (things to work on). This product is a great starting point for parent-teacher conferences or to accompany report cards. It can also be used to document learning throughout the year for teacher reference.
