This is a 16 page supplemental packet exploring the 2.nbt.5 standard. The packet provides students with additional practice using strategies to add and subtract multi-digit numbers within 100. The packet includes two learning center games, an assessment for the 2.nbt.5 standard and some templates for students problem solving. This packet is appropriate for students in grade 2 or possibly students in grade 3 that need additional support.

This packet provides additional practice with the 3.nbt.2 standard which focuses on adding and subtracting multi-digit numbers with strategies. Activities include using number lines to add and subtract numbers and decomposing addends in a variety of ways. I am a math coach at a k-6 school and created these materials to be used by my classroom teachers
