This is a ten page thanksgiving math packet for students to complete over the long weekend. The activities are geared to 1st-3rd grade students and focus primarily on numbersense, multiplication, place value and money. The activities themselves are not thanksgiving related.

This is a 16 page supplemental packet exploring the 2.nbt.5 standard. The packet provides students with additional practice using strategies to add and subtract multi-digit numbers within 100. The packet includes two learning center games, an assessment for the 2.nbt.5 standard and some templates for students problem solving. This packet is appropriate for students in grade 2 or possibly students in grade 3 that need additional support.

This 11 page packet provides additional conceptual and skill practice for the 2.nbt.3 standard. It also includes a common core quiz to assess students understanding of the standard. Appropriate for second grade students or third grade students that are below grade level.

This packet provides additional practice with the 4.nbt.1 standard which focuses on understanding the place value system. This packet includes students pages and a Common Core Quiz. I am a mathematics coach at a K-6 school and I create these materials to be used by my classroom teachers

This is a collection of monthly fact fluency packets for 2nd grade students. It includes a packet for the months of September-March and each month has at least 10 pages focused on fact fluency, many months have more than 10. In all over 85 pages of fact fluency practice for 2nd grade students.

This is a 75 page resource to support all of the grade 1 fluency standards. Students get the chance to practice their fact fluency in a variety of ways to consistently move them towards instant recall of the common core required facts. Designed specifically for grade 1 students but could be applicable to some kindergartners or 2nd graders.

This is a 10 page resource packet with additional skill and concept practice focused on the 1.nbt.2 standard. The packet includes a quiz and a learning center game. The packet is most appropriate for students in grade 1 but may also be used with kindergarten, 2nd grade or students with learning disabilities.

This packet includes 60 pages of activities based on the Grade 4 Common Core Math fluency standards. The activities are designed on half sheets to save paper and give students a manageable task. These activities would work well as pre-class, finish early or small group work. Activities are specifically created for 4th grade students but could be used with 3rd or 5th grade students that needed additional fluency practice.

In these activities students are challenged to figure out the value of each shape. Once students give a value to a shape that shape must keep that value (same shape=same number). There are puzzles with a variety of difficult levels. I will post more difficult puzzles as the school year progresses.

This is a 10 page practice packet focused on the 2.oa.3 standard that address the concept of even and odd numbers. The activities require students to understand and prove how they know that a number is even or odd. This packet includes a learning center game and a common core quiz. The packet is most appropriate for 2nd grade students but could be use with first through third graders.

These puzzles will help your students with the concept of the base 10 number system.  Students will notice patterns on the 100 chart.  Students will see that as they move vertically on the 100 chart they increase or decrease by 10, when they move horizontally they increase or decrease by 1.  9 pages with over 20 various 100 chart puzzles.Â

This packet is designed to allow students to review and practice the 4.nbt.5 and 6 standards involving multiplication and division of multi-digit numbers. The packet includes practice pages and a common core quiz. This packet is most appropriate for grade 4 students but could also be used with 3rd or 5th grade students. These activities could be used for homework, center work, or test prep and spiral review.

This packet includes 42 double sided engaging pre-class tasks based on the common core math standards for 6th grade. These tasks reinforce the grade 6 standards while improving students fact fluency and number sense skills using fun and engaging tasks. Sheets can be printed "two sided" to provide 42 activities or "one sided" to provide 84 days worth of pre-class work. Based specifically on the grade 6 standards but could be used with select 5th or 7th grade students.

These sheets allow students to count and manipulate change. Students are challenged to count an amount of change and then show the same amount using different coins. This helps students with the concept that there are multiple correct ways to show a given amount it also allows them to practice using the strategy of trading lesser value coins in for higher value coins.
