This product is a great way to assess your students' knowledge of the physical states of matter. You are also getting bookmarks that can help the students remember changes in matter caused by heating and cooling!
Print the bookmarks on card stock for durability. If you do not have access to a color printer, have the students color the heating in read and the cooling in blue.

I employ structure in my classroom using routines and procedures to help my students feel comfortable and confident. Students learn from each other if given an environment that balances structure and interactive learning. My classroom environment encourages academic interaction, discussion, and inquiry. Effective learning requires collaboration between the teacher, students, and parents grounded in mutual respect and trust. It is my goal to improve student achievement with quality instruction that prepares our children to influence the future. Watching the children as their light bulbs illuminate is the greatest reward of all.
