About the store

Experience

I was a teacher for 7 years (3rd grade and then 4/5th grade gifted students). I am now a stay at home mom, but eager to keep my feet in education and help make your teaching experience a little bit better by making useful resources!

Teaching style

I prefer working with small groups, but still need to improve on mastering the organization this requires! I believe it is very important to engage the students in the learning process and make them excited about it!! "Brain Breaks" are a necessity! The days that I get the most frustrated with the students being restless and inattentive are the days, I later realize, that we did the fewest "Brain Breaks"!

Additional biographical information

I so very much enjoyed my years as an educator, but I'm just as excited to see what my years at home with my own children will teach me!
