Perfect for back to school, this goal setting worksheet is a great way to have students comfortably reflect on their strengths and weaknesses. This provides a space for students to choose one of their weaknesses and turn it into a positive goal. There is also an area to brainstorm what they can do to meet their goal. I like to use this to reflect back on throughout the school year or first semester, and have individual teacher conferences with the students based on this goal sheet.

This editable "Meet the Teacher" template is perfect for open house or back to school! All you need is a free Canva account and you can change all the colors, styles, and edit the information that you need. I find it helpful to use a pre-written template to get the ideas I need to edit my Meet the Teacher page that I use year after year!

A great get to know you activity for back to school! Students can fill out and color in each section, before sharing it with partners, in groups, or the whole class! Students have space to be creative and decorate their page how they want. I've used this as a quiet work independent activity, and students have loved getting to write about all their favorite things, with the freedom of making it their own.
