This is a FUN way to discuss growth and fixed mindsets. Use this Google Slides activity to sort words, phrases, and sayings onto a T-Chart; one side representing each mindset. My students really had fun with this one during distance learning, and I bet yours will also! :)
Get your students ready for the speaking portion of the ELPAC exam using this "Talk About a Scene Assignment." You can use it in person (pulling a student to the corner, for example), or you can use it virtually (pulling a student to a breakout room OR having them record their responses in Flipgrid, for example).
