Shake and spill is such a fun game to use in kindergarten and first grade to help with composing and decomposing numbers. It's a hands-on activity so these worksheets can be used in a dry-erase pocket in order to be used over and over again. I created worksheets at different levels to meet different needs, beginning with decomposing 5. I designed these valentine cards for my autistic daughter. There are two color options (valentine colors) and a black and white option. I think the black and white option is a great choice for saving ink or for students to color their own valentine cards.
