Measurement Unit: Volume of liquids Teach students how to read liquid measuring cups through these worksheets. This will help them learn the basics before doing hands on activities with tactile measuring cups. This file contains 3 worksheets that contain polygons with simple measurements (addends of 5 or less), which makes it easier for students with special needs or difficulty adding larger numbers to learn the concept of finding perimeter. This meets Alabama standard M.AAS.6.21 for perimeter.

This product was designed for 1:1 practice with students for the Alabama Extended Standards and Alabama Alternate Assessment. Teacher instructions are on one half of each page and student answer choices are on the other half. There are six pages of practice for this standard. Students are able to show competency with number sequencing and written form for numbers.
