Open House Cover

I have my students color the picture on the front and write their names on the paper the first week of school or right before we have Open House. I staple this to the front of a piece of large construction paper folded in half to make a folder or to a 2 pocket folder. I tuck in all the papers for that parent needed and place it on the student's desk when parents come in, they have a folder to look through and take home with them with all the necessary paperwork and information needed.
