I have four years of Chemistry teaching experience including teaching college-level freshmen chemistry labs. I bring my experiences from academic biochemical research, and my college lab teaching experiences to public school in inner-city Philadelphia, serving populations who are less represented in STEM careers with the hopes of sparking science passion with these groups. My previous experience includes being a lab safety manager for a university research lab.

Experience
I have four years of Chemistry teaching experience including teaching college-level freshmen chemistry labs. Teaching style
My teaching style is to offer student-centered, project-based learning experiences that are individualized and offer opportunities for group learning. I craft hands-on learning activities such as science demonstrations, laboratory exercises, modeling, student collaboration, projects, and total student participation-styled lectures.
