With a Master’s in Educational Administration and years of experience as an Elementary Instructional Coach and Administrator, Bobbie has supported teachers, students, and families across every corner of the school community.
Throughout his career, he planned, wrote, and facilitated dozens of high-impact professional development sessions for administrators, teachers, parents, and community groups. Now, in retirement, he pours that same expertise into designing practical, time-saving, and engaging resources for today’s busy educators.

Help for fifth graders struggling with Numbers and Operations in Base Ten (5.NBT.1). Use these targeted, challenging, printable worksheets to "shore up" skills not mastered in lower grades, 3.NBT.3, 4.NBT.1, 4.NBT.2, but are necessary for student success in 5.NBT.1. Teaching style
I believe every lesson should spark curiosity from the very first moment. I always start by tapping into students’ prior knowledge to create a meaningful “hook”—an entry point that makes every learner feel instantly connected to the lesson.
From there, the learning comes alive. I blend purposeful questioning, hands-on activities, strategic grouping, and real-time instructional adjustments to keep students engaged and supported. As the lesson unfolds, I continuously check for understanding and tailor the experience so every student can confidently grasp the concept.
My goal is simple: make learning accessible, interactive, and exciting—every single day.
