Teaching style
I'm a go with the flow, compassionate and enthusiastic teacher who provides students with resources that challenge them to do their best and think critically about the content that they're learning. I appreciate when my students challenge me and ultimately, find their own voice within their learning.
It's important to me to be a role model at all times of authentic life long learning and I'm constantly learning something new and sharing this with my students. Ultimately, my goal is to bring students into the learning journey with me. I thrive on celebrating everything and learning in the everyday and my store reflects this.

I'm a licensed Secondary English teacher. I hold additional endorsements in: Speech and Theater, Journalism, and Level 1 Special Education. I also recently received my TEFL certificate!

Currently, I am living with my family and teaching in Malawi, Africa at a widely diverse school where over 43 different countries are represented. Malawi has been my home for 8+ years.
