Teaching style

My teaching approach puts students at the center of learning and encourages curiosity and exploration. I focus on building a supportive, collaborative classroom where students feel confident asking questions, sharing ideas, and discovering concepts on their own. The resources I create are designed to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through hands-on activities, real-world connections, and open-ended investigations. My goal is to help students truly understand what they are learning and to inspire a love of learning that lasts beyond the classroom.

Awards & shining teacher moments

One of my most meaningful moments as a teacher was when a student came to me after class and said, "Your lessons are so fun I actually look forward to learning" Hearing that meant everything to me. Moments like this remind me why I teach and motivate me to keep creating lessons that spark curiosity and joy in learning.

My own education history

I’m passionate about continually growing as a teacher. I regularly attend conferences, workshops, and webinars to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies. This helps me create resources that are not only current but also effective and engaging for students.

Additional biographical information

I’ve been passionate about teaching Science for over 10 years. Outside the classroom, I love traveling, reading, and spending time with my family. I believe that adding a personal touch to teaching helps make learning more meaningful, engaging, and fun for students.
