Individualized Positive Behavior Plan
I used this for two of my students to turn their behavior around! They take ownership for their behavior and it is used as a positive, they want to earn 3 SMILEYS!!! :) There is a page for girls and a page for boys.
At the end of the day, they pick a marker and we talk about if they followed directions, listened, and kept their hands to themselves. They get to color in either the smiley, straight or sad! They love this and it has really worked for these students.

Teaching style
As a Kindergarten teacher, I loved differentiating for my wide range of students! I liked to focus on small groups and individualized instruction.
