I use this when I begin my unit on Heredity. I give them some background about Mendel, and add a few notes to the margin. I then describe the seed color experiment. Finish by drawing some Punnett Squares in the margins.
This product was created to accompany Cornell's "All About Bird Anatomy" interactive. Great for a wildlife class or other type of science class that studies comparative anatomy. Students will click on various structures within a bird, identify the structure and describe it's function. I used this in my wildlife class as we were comparing anatomy and physiology of the vertebrates.
This product includes a link to a publication by the Virginia Cooperative Extension with 31 accompanying questions. The article focuses on frog diversity and conservation. Includes a web link to the article and a Google Drive link to a downloaded version of the article, in the event the web link becomes inactive.
