Halloween Graphing: Skulls, Bones, and Candy Corn (MD4).
This will be a fun Halloween graphing activity while still teaching math!
I found the candy from the Dollar Tree (skulls and bones). Then I purchased candy corn to use as the third category.

It includes practice with number sense in various formats: Numerals, word form, base ten, ten frame, number line, problem solving, tracing, tally tables,and building numbers. Choose items for students to use and sort. Some ideas could be beans, stickers, shape erasers, pasta, etc. This is an open-ended task where you can choose your own classroom/household items to use.
