Teaching style

I love hands on and engaging lessons. I also like using journals for math and reading skills, and teaching students to take notes to prepare them for high school and college!

Additional biographical information

I started teaching when my youngest was just a couple months old. Soon after my husband and I adopted twins and I took a year off of teaching. When I went back to teaching, there was very little common core curriculum that was easy to use with little prep. Even with three small kids at home, I ended up creating a lot of my own stuff. I want to help other teachers so they don't have to put in so much work while making some money as I transition into homeschooling my middle school kiddos.
