This lesson introduces middle and high school, and college students to an effective goal-setting method called the SMART Goals method. It teaches students how to set goals. This bundle includes presentation, worksheet and teaching instructions. The SMART Goals method can be use for academic goals, as well as professional, educational, personal goals, etc. Any goal can be set using this method. This is an adaptation of the SMART Goal method developed by Doran, Miller and Cunningham.
