I have been a middle school and high school science teacher for 20 years. Every year I find myself asking, how can I make this job easier? I am still trying to answer that question. I have found that the evaluation process can be streamlined with a simple spreadsheet that has saved me tons of time organizing data and comparing it to an effectiveness scale. I also have found that teaching students character skills has helped build stronger relationships with students and cut down on behavior issues. I have created these resources to help you as well.
