Weekly Behavior Tracker
Behavior is communication! And that communication needs to be a two way street. I've used this tracker for years and change the goal based on a conversation with the student. We discuss what behavior we are focusing on and also choose a reward together. Some students keep this on their desk, others travel with the tracker on a clipboard. Make it work for you and your student's goals.

My own education history
I went to college in Indiana and taught in Indiana and Ohio for 10+ years. I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was young and knew it always took a team. Let me join yours!
