This spreadsheet allows you to record data on multiple dates (each row per skill is for a different date) on multiple skills (upper and lowercase letter names, letter sounds, blending, sight words). You type a date at the beginning of each row and type a 1 in the box under each letter/word the student knows and the total number for each date and skill is calculated for you. All skills are on one sheet per student and there are 20 tabs for a class of 20. Tabs can be copied to add more students. T

This is a spreadsheet in which you can record fluency scores twice a 9 weeks for a 4 9 weeks school year. It also calculates the number of students below a certain score. It is set up for a class of 25 with 2nd grade fluency criteria numbers. You can change the criteria by going to column AA where formulas are located and changing the number after the less than sign to numbers for your grade level for each 9 weeks period.
