Report card is created in Powerpoint and broken up into 6 six weeks. You may go in and change the letters/sounds, sight words that you cover each six weeks. You may also change teacher name, school name, as well as mascot icon. Included are 2 slides to be copied front to back.

Daily log of students serviced by time frame (times may be changed). Also can log skills addressed and location where student was serviced (SE classroom, GE classroom, etc).

Log assignments and track progress for assignments that are goal related.

Log daily interaction with special ed students. Name, time of interaction, type of interaction (going into their classroom, pull-out, etc.)

This weather graph teaches students recognition of the daily weather as well as graphing. Fill in the month at the bottom and color in a square each day for the type of weather. Watch the graph grow as you go through the month. Discuss each day how many sunny days, windy, etc. "Which type of weather has more days? Less? Great for use during circle time! Can be done as a hard copy, or scanned into your promethean program to use on the promethean board.

I use this with my color system (green, yellow, red). I color the appropriate circle (1st green, 2nd yellow, third red) for each student each day. The month can be written on the top of each card as well as each students name. I place these in their take home folders and require a parent signature each night.
