First Graders and Second Graders will get extra practice with measuring area using this cute Valentine's Day inspired activity. Cut the cards apart and copy enough recording sheets for each child. Students will measure the area of each either by using 1 inch colored tiles or by counting the grids (depending on what level you're child is at).
