Use this spreadsheet to make adding up ingredient amounts and costs for a culinary class quick and easy! This activity is a great introduction into kitchen equipment vocabulary for an introductory culinary class. Students race against a partner to be the first to find equipment on the flyswatter sheet. Students are able to associate equipment vocabulary with pictures of the equipment to learn terms. Documents can be edited to add or remove equipment to match what you have in your kitchens.
