Experience

Hello! I have been an elementary special education teacher for over 10 years now! Special Education has always been my passion since I was in elementary school. I enjoy meeting daily challenges and creating individualized learning experiences for every student in my class. My goal is to bring my expertise as a special education teacher and curriculum designer to your classroom to help you build a meaningful classroom environment where learning is fun and students build confidence in their abilities.

Teaching style

I believe in building a student-centered classroom where all students can take ownership of their learning. The foundation to a successful classroom is building strong relationships and connections with my students while creating an engaging, fun and hands-on approach to learning where they can feel comfortable, valued and willing to take risks and meet challenges in the curriculum.
