This writing activity goes along with Dr. Seuss's Wacky Wednesday book. Students can have fun using their imagination. The worksheet can be completed whole-group or independently, and fits easily into a Dr. Seuss unit.

Updated July 2022. Two options to pick from. The reports are worded slightly differently. Have an entire 9 weeks on one sheet or one double-sided sheet. Keep track of your student's weekly behavior and study habits with these reports and have a record to back up student's behavior and work habits grade for the quarter. When I make my Friday folders I put 4 copies of the discipline sheets in a folder and I am set for the year!

Worksheet to go along with any pocket chart activity. Suggestions for use; writing down the letters from the pocket chart, words, ABC order. Easy to differentiate by having students write a sentence at the bottom.
