Student Behavior Contracts | GenEd and Christian Schools Included
Since I've gotten so many people interested in my PBIS plan, I've decided to share my Behavior Contracts. At my school, we implement a BIP. If that doesn't work, or if the student's behavior impacts others (such as physical aggression or bullying), or their behavior pervasively changes the climate of a classroom, we implement a behavior contract. I've included in-depth steps and examples for the team to examine behavior and design solutions. This is NOT the time for RTI and listing intervention

I am a hearty believer in Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences and try to implement that the best I can into my lessons. I also believe technology and student interests should be more involved in the education of students. I also believe that when given the chance, when teachers really believe in them, students will make the best choices available to them.
