This lesson is geared to develop a progressive team culture and create overall goals through teacher and student interaction, for the end goal to develop a unified team. The lesson comes with teacher/dance director-guided questions and a Values and Priorities Worksheet. The lesson may take 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the size of the team and depth of conversation, and collaboration.
