About the store

Experience

I've taught both English Language Arts and Computer Technology. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked as a Marketing Director, and have experience in media production. I try to use the skills I developed in these professions to make my lessons fun and visually appealing.

Teaching style

My style is very engaging. Knowing the constant stimuli that kids are exposed to, I feel that if you really want to get students to actively buy in to your lessons, they need to visually appeal them. This has worked very well for me, and word of mouth has spread so well that there is a current waiting list for students who want to be in my class.

My own education history

Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University. Master's Degree in Educational Technology from the University of Michigan.
