There are multiple math models in this Smart Notebook File. They can be used in smart notebook or printed off. Beginning with a number path, a ten frame with a number bond, tape diagrams, place value charts, vertical and horizontal number lines.
These cards are a simple replication of the Math Common Core Hide Zero Cards. They can be used when counting the say ten way or just to identify how many hundreds, tens, and ones are in a given number.
The first two pages will give students practice making 10 using a ten frame and gradually work towards using only 1 visual model for several questions. The 3rd page could be used inside a page protector with a dry erase marker.
These pages have multiple Multiplication Sentences with Number bonds and corresponding lines to fill in the sentences. The worksheets begin by naming the number sentence, i.e. 3 fours = ___ fours + ___ fours and then progressing to 3 X 4 = 1 X 4 + 2 X 4.
This 10 page packet is scaffolded to help your students learn the ways to make 10. It begins with making ten using a ten frame and works its way to using number bonds and ten frames. Then at the end the students will make ten using only number bonds.
This file shows different ways to represent a number (36). Using a tape diagram, number bond, array, and Place Value Chart.
