I created this rubric as a checklist for both myself and students. Students fill in the rubric after they have finished their assessments as a way to make sure they have completed every portion of the test. After it is turned in then the teacher fills in the other portion of the rubric based on the work that was turned in. This allows for open discussion between students, teacher, and parents.
