3 to a sheet, just cut them out. Print in color or in grayscale. There are 4 pages. Each page features a different Exit Slip Statement. Choose the slip you want for a particular activity on any given day.
A really great way to culminate a day's lesson. I find this really helps when there is not a graded assessment assigned during a class period.

My own education history
My undergraduate degree is in Communication Studies. I also have a MA in Education. I’ve also had the privilege of directing plays and musicals. Before having my sons, I coached girls’ softball and girls’ tennis. I have core-team training in Positive Behavior Support in Schools (PBSIS), Innovative Designs in Education (IDE), and I facilitated the Teacher Cadets (Tomorrow's Teachers) program at our school.
