This Assessment Recording Sheet can be used as one of the many ways to communicate with families. Students can attach this sheet to their Take Home/Travel folders to be completed after each graded assessment. This helps to keep families up to date on all of their child's grades as well as letting the teacher know that assessments have been seen.
