I use these with my students when they complete tests corrections. It include forms for multiple choice and short answer questions. Students must write the new answer, but also include an explanation for why that is the correct answer. We use these whenever we take a major assessment or after a re-teacher! I use this with my 6th-8th graders when I am doing a guided reading mini lesson. It helps me prep what I will focus on, the reading page numbers, and specific questions and answers I will be asking that day. It has improved my guided reading and made it more effective with my students!
