Michon is the Founder and President of DASH Upward. She understands the importance that each individual in the the community offers to create healthy and viable environments for the next generation. Prior to the founding of DASH Upward, Michon served in the field of Education as a Teacher and School Administrator. Her experience includes teaching Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, and High School. She has also owned and operated her own Child Care Center. She enjoys training and coaching educators, parents, and community members on topics that build strong communities and address current issues.
