This is the full version (see free version with 2 steps and 2 prompt levels) that allows you to enter up to 10 steps and 8 prompt levels. Measure 52 intervals (every 1 or 2 weeks) and select a criterion prompt level for mastery. Graphs are created for individual steps and all steps together, mastery of individual steps together, and the degree of independence across all steps. This will save you time and provide solid visuals to chart student progress.
This data sheet allows you to quickly observe and record conditions surrounding behaviors of concern. Antecedents and consequences cover the common triggers and staff responses. Behaviors can be modified to fit the individual student.
This workbook is for a Task Analysis for 2 steps and 2 prompt levels and 52 intervals. This is a limited version showing functionality in analyzing and graphing each step of the task analysis, all steps combined, and criterion prompt level to track mastery of all steps. This is my first document and I plan to release a full version of this data sheet (10 steps, 8 prompt levels) in the near future.
