About the store
I have been a special education teacher since 2013 and I have loved every second of my career. I have taught at all levels K-12, but I have to say that high school students are the best to work with. I have experience in resource room as well as mild cognitive impairments classrooms. Currently, I am a resource Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry teacher in a small town in Michigan, focusing on life math skills, cooperation, teamwork, and character education.

Behavior Tally Chart - Data Collection
Data tracking has become easier with this tool! This tally chart was designed to calculate the number of behaviors within a certain time period, really narrowing down where/when/possibly why behaviors are happening in the classroom. The entire sheet is editable once a copy is made on Google Sheets. The last page can be updated daily, and the tallies will be calculated for an overall number for each behavior being tracked. Teaching style
My teaching style is laid back, with set expectations. I love doing project based learning activities, having class discussions, having fun in my classroom, and having set expectations and routines have really helped my students who thrive on routine be successful in my classroom.

I am currently working on: Ed.S in Educational Leadership in Special Education and Central Office Administration.
With my Ed.S degree, I am hoping to be a special education department leader, helping to have a positive impact on so many more student's education and having their needs met while at school.
