My name is Sedat Jonuzi, and I’m an educator based in Connecticut with a diverse teaching background across multiple grade levels. Over the years, I’ve taught elementary, middle, and high school students. My experience includes serving as a 4th-grade teacher instructing all core subjects, teaching middle school 7th & 8th grade social studies, and currently teaching middle school math and science (6th-7th grade). Experience

My name is Sedat Jonuzi, and I’m an educator based in Connecticut with a diverse teaching background across multiple grade levels. Over the years, I’ve taught elementary, middle, and high school students. My experience includes serving as a 4th-grade teacher instructing all core subjects, teaching middle school 7th & 8th grade social studies, and currently teaching middle school math and science (6th-7th grade). This broad range of classroom experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of student development and learning needs at different educational stages.

Teaching style

I believe in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment by using a variety of teaching methods tailored to my students’ needs. My instructional approach combines inquiry-based learning, group collaboration, hands-on activities, and differentiated instruction to reach learners at every level. I strive to empower students to take ownership of their learning and make real-world connections with the material.

My own education history

I hold a B.A. in International Political Economy & Diplomacy with a minor in Political Science from the University of Bridgeport (2015). I went on to earn my M.S. in Education in 2018 and later completed my MBA in 2022 with a concentration in Analytics Intelligence. My academic background reflects both my passion for education and my interest in data-driven learning and decision-making.

With experience teaching across multiple grade levels and subject areas, I aim to develop materials that support diverse classrooms and promote critical thinking.
