I have dedicated 15 years to education, serving students and educators across grades K–12. My career includes 10 years as a classroom teacher, 3 years as an instructional coach and academic specialist, and 2 years as a math specialist.
Throughout these roles, I have worked closely with teachers to analyze student work, identify learning gaps, and develop targeted instructional plans that support student growth. My experience has reinforced the importance of using meaningful data to guide instruction, which inspired the creation of Data to Decisions.
