This activity shows the children how companies make money from customers who don't pay upfront. The children calculate the cost of an item after the interest is added, allowing them to see the real price they'd be paying. The activity comes in three differentiated levels: Challenging Fiendish Petrifying (This gives the children a route of progression and allows them to self-assess their understanding when choosing a starting point)
