Students investigate Newton’s third law of motion by designing and constructing rocket-powered racing cars. Directions include student objectives, persons of interest that students can research, key terms, build directions, questions, data keeping, and reflection prompts. Students can work individually, with partners, or in groups. Students will create 3 total cars in order to improve on their design.
