Documentation is so important for our jobs! Fill out this form every time you complete a communication with a parent, guardian, counselor, or other form of communication you want to document. Each time you fill out the form, it will auto save your responses (along with the date) in the Google Sheet attached to this form. Whenever you'd like to see your documentation of communication just go to the "responses" tab and hit the green Google Sheets button!
