Add a super cute pennant banner to your classroom or hallway display. I love this and use it in my classroom this year! Print on cardstock, laminate, cut out, and post. Print the ones that match your behavior system. I use clothes pins that I "glittered" to match my classroom colors. Super cute and super easy. :)
