About the store
I have worked with children for over 15 years in a variety of roles including dance teacher, special education ed tech/paraprofessional, behavioral health professional, and classroom teacher. I have taught students as young as 2 and as old as 60 in these roles. Over the years, I've learned that one of my greatest strengths is being able to teach concepts in a variety of ways to meet the needs of diverse learners.

About the store

Experience

Teaching style

I have a collaborative teaching style. I enjoy leading students to the concepts they need to know through hands-on discovery, discussion, demonstration, and gradual release.

My own education history

I attended primary and secondary school in Maryland. My Bachelor's degree is a dual major in psychology and dance from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. I am currently working toward my M.Ed. at Western Governor's University.
